Looks like they think 6PSi on their Hemi will be a Lightning killer.

Any of you guys want to show them reality once they get their blower? Perhaps a little Kenne Bell vs Kenne bell?

quote from wikdsvt, : how much boost do you think you can put on that "hemi"...
6-8 PSI????

My lightning is pushing 15psi.
stock it pushed 11psi.

there are many lightnings in the 20-30psi zone.

and only a handful in the 30 and over PSI zone.

C'mon guys, wake up and smell the rubber coming off my tires and I fly by you!

uhhhh, i could be wrong, but i dont think the truck makes 11psi stock. also, who the hell is running over 30 lbs of boost? later, danny

I tend to agree with you, Danny. Since the stock boost gauge only goes up to 10 psi I don't know how someone knows they are hitting 11. And the gauge is notoriously inaccurate in the first place. But Ford does tend to underestimate their specs, and I had no trouble seeing 9-10 psi on my stock truck. There are a lot of Lightnings in the 20-26 psi zone now. Most of us are running KBs. When the Works 140 becomes generally available I think you will see a lot of high 20s. When the 201 comes out then you will see 30 psi +.
