I was thinking of Polishing it. I know it is a PITA, but I have 3 weeks off and not much to do.

what is all needed?
I'm guesssing sandpaper and a dremmel tool.
aluminum polish for when it is all finished..

what else?
what should I start with? (grit)
then what???

also I am going to polish the inside and get rid of that damn bump!
