I have the Roush installed for a month and now there is the creeking/ popping noise in the front while turning out of the driveway--- Is that the noise if you don't have the herb washers or is it something like the suspension is loose??

Where do i get the herb washers now since i remember from a thread that they weren't being made anymore?

Herb no longer makes the washers. However, someone has stepped into the breach, making washers out of 303 stainless for only $30. Here is the 411:

Don't forget to grease the bump stops while you are down there.

 

Grease this **** (the steering stop) on both sides. Its on the back side if your looking toward the front of the truck while under the vehicle. Mine did that and drove me crazy for months, 3$ for some grease and no more creek/grind.
