There have been two on the
Vista Ford lot (In Woodland Hills...aabout 60 to 90 minutes from you) for months now....(aa black one and a red one).

I bet if you call the sales manager direct, say you've seen those two Ls sitting there forever and you're getting tired of seeing them so you might as well buy one....

Tell him you'll take long sitting inventory off his hands, he'll get the holdback and you offer him 28000 (maybe less)....(Invoice is a little over 29...but they paid less....)

Those things have been there so long I bet they bite.

Make it clear you're serious and you'll do it now and one of them is yours.

got tired of the saint bernard riding around in the heat, bought a used white bronco to scoot around town in and the dog can fit inside in the a/c with me and not overheat and drool all over the side of the truck.

also more importantly, decided to buy an '04 Cobra and KB it instead of building a motor for the truck.

don't worry though, the Cobra and Bronco will only be temporary until the next gen Lightnings come out.

these trucks are too much fun.

What are you looking to get out of it modded or stock? I know you put a lot of time and money into it and it's definitely a nice truck.

 

it's on traderonline.com for 28,500 asking price.

thats for the truck in basically stock trim.

of course price is dependent on what mods a buyer might or might not want.

I hadn't really thought about it too terribly much. honestly, I'm not looking forward to swaping those headers back off, or the lowering kit either for that matter. so they might go with the truck for not much.

I suspect I'll end up pulling the stereo and either keeping it or putting it on ebay.

slim chance of finding a buyer who wants both a lightning and that serious of a system.
