Question C&L intake flow pipe...anyone using one of these?

I saw one of these on Ebay and grabbed my interest so I placed a bid..It does make sense that the stock rubber hose from the throttle body would restrict flow with the crimples.. Anyone feel this is a benefit to our trucks air flow?

Also i'm considering purchasing an accufab throttle body and upgrading my 80mm mass air to a 90...Would I have to retune my chip which JDM told me was already programmed for my 4lb lower pulley when I had it installed...??

Thanks

Cool

If you go to a 90 mm then you will need a reburn. The MAF has an effect on the tranny plus if can cause a lean condition.

I seen the REM air tube mod on the dyno and the benefit, if my memory serves me correctly, was 0 hp and a 10 ftlb of torque increase.....

one of my friends got 102mm mass air from C&L on his truck when he got the 18 inch air filter. his truck has a 10 lb lower pulley on it so it was pegging the mass air is what he was told.

Do you think that this pipe woulf fit the PSP or the JL Air boxes?

I have a JL box and Im thinking about this pipe but I would think I would have to get rid of my box. If I have to get rid of my box I think Im gonna consider getting a 90mm MaF.
