Thumbs up Props to Sue from Johnny Lightning!!

I know John is racing this weekend, and they're off today, but even in the hustle and bustle of trying to get things out and following up with people, they had time for my insignificant request!!

I emailed JL a day ago, as I needed a small part that I could no longer find. Not only did Sue follow up with me via email, but she called me back, and is shipping it out sans CC#!

In the times that I've dealt with John and Sue, they've been nothing but helpful, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile for a customer! I may not have spent as much as Charlie and others with KBs and built bottoms, but know this: If I ever hit a landfall settlement/lottery, they'll be the first to see a big check from me for every last go-fast goodie!!

Thanks John and Sue!
-Jeff

Sure.. Sure.. No props out to the guy who lent you the insignificant part you needed

he he.. Glad you found a better option than having that part/tool machined.

They ignore people with less than 300 posts here, so pretty soon you should be just fine..

I have emailed them 4 times in the last 2 weeks asking "what" changes did they make to my chip I sent them and have gotton no response. The sent the chip back in a box with no information at all. It would be nice to know if they added or removed some advance and or fuel.

I am sorry but I don;t buy the "Super Secret Stuff". It is my truck and it would surely be nice to know what is changed so I can keep track of what works and what doesn't. I.E. If they richened it and it ran worse I might want it leaned. If they ran more advance and or leaned it and it changed the way it ran or caused it to detonate I might get a handle on what to do next.

I must be one of the few lucky ones. Sue answers the phone every time I call and has even transferred the call to the shop when I needed to ask Johnny something
