Brake Dusting

I think I may have a problem with my brakes. They work good, but they crap out a shiz load of dust. I have to clean my wheels about every 300-350 miles or the wheels start to look black from all the brake dust on them. I am not hard on my brakes in the least bit. I use the engine to slow me down (no down shifting, just let off the gas) and start slow wel before my stop or turn. To give you an idea of how gental I am on brakes, my 98 F-150 had 106,000 miles on the ORIGNIAL FACTORY brakes. And they still worked fairly well. So is my truck eating up the pads or is this a normal occurance with this truck. Just wanting to know so I can get it fixed if its not normal.

Chris
