Having mine ported is something I want done over next winter. Do any of the tuners do this?

Seems a little steep for what you get...Extrude Hone or hand porting will cost you somewhere in the neighborhood of $150, so that means he's getting $250 to polish the plenum. If someone wanted to they could do it themselves for significantly less. I'm lazy however, so I've managed to find someone to do it locally for $70. So, you could have the same thing done and only be in to it for about $250...or what they want just to polish it.

I only have mine ported and honed, not polished... but mark at LFP does them for a fair price, he just asks you send him your core I think...

Mark sends them to Extrude Hone. And that's a good thing.

Just installed mine last weekend. Can't say I noticed any "seat of the pants" difference, but she looks awesome.

I had mine done over at REM, very competitively priced.

After lifting the hood over at America's largest Ford dealership (believe it or not) I had a crowd around the L and guess what the topic of amazement was, you guessed it the polished plenum. The KB took a back seat.

Well worth the eye candy investment!
