Thanks to Sal at PSP

I bought a 4-way chip, pulley, and other miscellaneous items from Sal for my 03 Lightning. I had the truck dynoed to check the A/F; it was very good right out of the box, but could use a little upper-end leaning out. I also wanted to get the trans changes removed from the chip as I had purchased a Factory Tech valve body. Also there was a separate rev limiter that kicked in on a WOT 1-2 upshift after a downshift to low gear. Sal checked into it and called me when he had it figured out in the programming. I next-day aired the chip to Sal with the dyno sheets and what I needed done; I called the next morning to give them a credit card number for the charges and return freight; the chip had already been completed and was in the package, ready to return to me! They also only charged me for the return next-day air (my request for shipping). I expected the 1-2 shift fix to be N/C, but the trans changes and upper-end A/F was not his obligation to do for free but he did.

Just wanted to post some good tuner feedback. He has my business and my thanks.

Jody

Yes, it was very nice to get that quick return of my chip; hate to run around without the chip, afraid to "drive" the truck!

Sals a good guy. I ripped one of the hoses when installing my fast air kit and he hooked me up with another one. Thanks Sal

Several went out today, however one order had a declined card. Not sure if it was yours, e-mail me and let me know who you are and I can check.
