I need help finding a different source for the B&M deep tranny pan. I orderd from Lightning Force Perf. on monday, I have recieved no confirmation and no reply to my e-mails. I need this pan by tomorrow so I can install it this weekend. Anyone know a place to order from? or what is up with LFP?

I bought mine from them in March.
Part # BMM-40290
I believe they have it listed as E40D trans., but it’s the same thing.

No, I bought one from Autozone. I think the part number is Deutch TF-350. For the B&M pan you need the stock size filter, not the deep trans pan filter. The Ford deep trans pan has a lower area that the filter pulls from. Since the B&M pan does not have this, then the deep filter is too long. No big deal though you can just trim it, I did.

just called Summit and they are out of stock untill the middle of August... any other ideas? The guy on the phone at summit did say it comes with a filter though..maybe he doesnt know and just said yes.

This driving me nuts, it shouldnt be so hard to get a part quickly when you need it.

I think that the new Moroso pan is a slightly better deal. Holds about a quart more, has a billet rail, and is priced about the same.
