think I it looks better with the center cap black. Also the outer end would probably look better polished. gotta find a place to do that.

its already been done by a guy with 99-00 rims, like cool. Fotget his name, maybe he will chime in here.

Black chrome? Never heard of that before. Too much black for me to go with the whole wheel black. I would like some silver in with the black though. I'll ask about that black chrome though.
