More HP and better ETs

What would give me more HP and better ETs, KB with a 6# lower, or Cams , ported heads and a 8# lower?

I would think that the KB and 6#er would net better gains, but if you're not limited on funds, why not add the heads and cams for some really wild HP, John H.
