my 2000 Mustang GT has 3 records.. had 2 when I purchased it and I paid to find out what they were and both were title changes... and so I assume the 3rd is also... but my car has been wrecked but doesn't show up... but with 4 and it being an 02... I'd be cautious and if no one has an open carfax account might be worth what ever they charge these days
