Thumbs up Going to the dyno in a few hours with the KB on.

Well I have an appt. at 2pm at the same place I dynoed last time. It is atleast 15* hotter out though. I guess I will have to wait and see. I will say one thing though, this KB seems to have boat loads of torque. It also pulls like a frieght train up top were as the truck seemed to leave a lot to be desired there before. And this is with 2-3PSI less boost then with the stock blower! I don't wanna push it too hard until I have it custom tuned. I should be getting that done in a week or two. Well wish me luck. I am not expecting any crazy numbers with the hot weather and low boost. -Mat-

Excellent, I've been looking for numbers just like you're going to post. Mind made 413 rwhp and 527 rwtq with a chip, 6# pulley, and filter, no exhaust mods. I'd love the KB with maybe 12 psi of boost (2# less....safer) and a bunch more power. I've seen one dyno of a truck with virtually the same mods as me who picked up about 80 rwhp and 65 rwtq with no other changes than the KB. If those numbers are similar to your gains then that's enough to convince me to make the change.

Jody,

WTF:
I think you need some more cars!!!!

Those are some Sweet looking cars.
I don't get envious often, but I am now.
That Yellow car, did you happen to buy that from a guy in Brighton, Michigan? and was it in the Chevy Power Tour?
If so I know the guy, and that is one hell of a car.

Howz that twin turbo LT1 coming along?

No, that car has been on the west coast for several years. The guy I bought it from bought it back from me when I was finished modding it. Thanks for the nice words, but those are past projects, I have the Lightning and the twin turbo car only at this point.

The twin turbo has the cage, mini-tubs, etc. and has been stripped. I'm just making some engine brackets at the moment and will start the paint process next week.
