This is where i run out of ideas, unless you can find a way to confirm the voltage/ground is good.

Do you know if the computer controls firing/timing (only) or if there are any "mechanical" parts involved? IE electronic control module etc.. Seems like that would be the next logical place to look for a misfiring problem.
