Which Chip should I go with?

I went with JDM because they had a "2 free reburn" policy. Well I sent my chip back to get it reburned and they didn't want to do it because i didn't get something from them. Well, I got it back and it didn't work.

So I sent it again a month ago and still haven't gotten it back. Customer service is a plus and I think I'll take my money elsewhere.

They should put a * next to the free reburn, to try to make them happy I was gonna buy some denso's but they said that didn't qualify . Otherwise not honoring the free reburn ~gimick~ is false advertising.

We 100% honor our 2 free reburn policy. I think the confusion came along when Carl told Julie that both of them were his chips. Neither of them qulified for a free reburn because nothing else was bought. I guess you then called up and spoke with Anthony and he told you the same thing. We don't sell Denso plugs at all and I know Anthony knows that so I'm kinda lost right now. This one month delay is not on our end. We are just waiting for payment. Ed, if you can give me a call at the shop we can get this taken care of. Here on our website on the price list that we do free 2 free reburns for parts that are bought directly through us.

I know what you are talking about Tundra. I ordered a JDM flip chip on April 16th of this year. I told them to use second day air to get it to me by Friday of that week. They said no problem. I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited some more. On the 60th day of waiting I called the CC company and cancelled the $451 charge with was made on the 17th of April. JDM's excuse, "Superchips is on nationwide back order." I don't know if that was true or not, but customer service was lacking.

I have a PSP autologic chip on the way. I am also happy with JL's diablo chip which I have been running lately(I need to send it back for a reburn...)

I'll take the matter off the boards, but I want to make it clear one of the chips were mine. Karl wanted to give me his chip since he had no other use for it. We figured the reburn policy would work for some reason considering the amount of JDM parts that he has purchased and persuaded many Lightnings owners to get (what was I thinking?)

I checked into this whole reburn shanagan last winter but was getting the cold shoulder the whole way through. I got the chip some time ago, I guess that has something to do with it.

I don't understand why we have to speak about each and every detail over the phone and via email ten million times to get a freakin reburn. I sent it in March originally and was really pissed that it didnt work because the turn around was 3 weeks for that as well. Why do I even bother?

JDM,

Send my chip back with the original tune that I bought it with:

90mm mass air "Purchased directly from JDM"
"90C5" program

I'd appreciate it. If you dare you can send it back blank, I am sure I can come up with a use for it.

Ed,

I tried calling you today but the number on file says their is no Ed their. Anyway, their is no false advertising going on here whatsoever. We do over twenty reburns a day and I don't remember seeing anyone here having a problem with getting their free reburn. Bottomline is you sent in your chip with Carl's and we didn't know it was your's. We were waiting on payment for Carl's so that is why they didn't go ut. I straightened everything out with Carl today so both the chips will be leaving here today.

Either that or the picture was taken just so everyone would stop harrassing him about the camper shell

Gadget Industries Supersynthetic triaminic solvent 90w-0. Use 2 quarts for it to work best.
