well as i was roaming around REMs website today looking at nitrous i realized that i cheaped out last week when i bought my 6lb pulley and i only went with a single program chip....now if i want to do nitrous i have to spend another 329 for the dual program chip and im just stuck with the single program, it almost makes the nitrous not worth it, ill probably just buy traction bars and hold off onthe nitrous for a while....damnit i wish i wouldnt have cheaped out last week!

 

just buy a used chip and get it reburned

i did the same thing, but then i bought a 4-way chip and had sal reburn it for me, total $270 (chip+reburn)

 

I think Tim posted a while back that all the REM sinclge program chips are just delta (flip) chips with only one program loaded on them and no switch. Correct me if i'm wrong here.

The Delta will say it on both sides and have two spots to plug mini jacks in (1 for the switch) (1 for the Light)



But the Diablo Sport Chip
Does not have the two plugs

What they said. You bought a two program chip, but only payed for one program. Another program can be added at a later date, for a little cash of course.

 

actually the 2nd connection is for he optional kill switch to turn the pcm completly off and their is 2 switch options one w/ the l.e.d. and one without. if you infact have a delta then yes you can get the second side activated and programed to run nitrous. now i knew a guy that rewired in a different switch that activated his nos kit only when the switch was in the proper program. i think it was a dual pole switch it had a second set of connection on a seperate circuit but only one toggle. just something to think about
