Hey everyone i just ordered my first mod, Gregg Evans FTVB. I am so anxious that i dont think i'm going to be able to sleep until i get it.

I just ordered it from chickeners vendor with the 4x4 pan and filter. My question is what do i need to get it fully installed and running e.g tranny fluid ect. I was wondering how much i would need and what kind. any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

 

If I remember correctly I used 8+ quarts of FOMOCO Mercon. DO NOT USE MERCON V!!!

 

Do you know if the 4x4 pan holds more fluid than the stock one. If so, how much?

 

I did the same thing last week end.
Took 8 quarts mercon. Read the directions and there should
be no problems.
I really like the way it shifts now.
I dove in and removed the wrong valve body
but thanks to Gregg and lots of good people
on these boards I got it together.
