Some punk *** kid, in my neighborhood, stole my Blue Oval Ford emblem from the tailgate of my brand new '03 L. Luckly, he didn't scratch the paint around the emblem.

I went to my Ford dealership and bought a new one for $22.00.

Sorry for your bad luck...a few years ago this was a popular
activity for common theives to steal the Lighning and Cobra emblems off new vehicles here in Athens and Atlanta at dealerships...people that do this are dispicable.

Why the heck would you want to steal decals? Just thinking about the time and effort to remove the adhesive backing makes me tired. Talk about a waste of time..

Sorry dude I feel you pain too. About three months ago while I was at the beach some lowlife ripped the cobra emblems off my 94' kicked the quarter panel on the drivers side and keyed the drivers door. I almost cried, but thanks to insurance they matched everthing really well. I just wish I could have caught the dirtbag....needless to say the cobra hasn't been back down to Pcola beach since.

There were little B@stards in my friends neighborhood who stole the air caps off my truck every time i went to his house. One night i stayed near the window in his house and saw him come up. He ducked down behind my car. I ran out and jumped on him. Then i grabbed him by his throat and told him if i caught him or any of his friends within 50 ft of my truck he was a dead man. I made him give me his name and i told him if my truck ever gets touched in that nieghborhood again i will find him and "injure" him. Anyway, my truck hasnt been touched since.

My security system consists of a homeless man and a bat. I feed him and let him sleep in the bed of my truck at night so he watches my stuff in return. Cheaper than Lo-Jack too, although everytime I go to the mall he scares the little kids.
