Swap PCMs with no need for PATS programming

I run 26 psi with race gas and high timing, 20 psi daily and 15psi with a 150 shot of nitrous with race gas.
Will their reprogram learn all of that?

The program won't have to, they will simply supply it with the necessary data just as any chip would do. The only difference is it would be a more flexible program, adaptable to external pressures such as weather, fuel quality, etc.........in theory, if I understand it correctly.

The dealer took my new longblock for a test drive with the PCM in it that they say was tampered with.
Road tested and told me everything was fine...
They then installed a new PCM and told me that my warranty was voided.....
Because the truck was run previously with the so called tampered with PCM...
The same one that they used to road test the new longblock with...
Funny if I drive it with the original PCM..which is what they based the warranty denial on,....Then they use the same one to test drive the new stuff with......But..get this I have a warranty now because the new PCM was installed after The test drive with the old PCM....
Yes they had a key of mine and yes they installed the new PCM..and yes I can swap back and forth without any problemss....and the PATS works.
But ......My warranty doesn''t..according to.......well you see my point.
When I point out that if the original PCM used voided my warranty..then doesn't the use of the same original PCM void the warranty on the new long block....
Well..I get a dazed and confused look....

Hey I got a question FOR ALL
We all know Ford has taken back hundreds and prob thousands of lightning's on trade in's THAT HAVE HAD Chips in them pryer to turn in.
What happens when they re-sell them, and then the new owner (who doesn't know or never chipped it themself) comes in for wrrnty service ???
