Pulley/Filter Question (need opinions)

I'm thinking about heading over to REM for a 4#, chip, and plugs. I put in a K&N about 3 weeks ago so my question is this: If I do the above mods, will I see much of a difference between the K&N and an REM filter kit? Thanks fellas

Yeay! I have to go for a ride in yours once you get your mods since i've never ridden in a chip/pullied L!

Edit: The filter kit will make the blower whine a lot louder! well worth it just for that!

Hey vinnie, i will be down at tower shops tomorrow. i have the same mods you are getting. Definately worth it. I would even say go ahead and do the 6lb instead of 4. Let me know if you want to meet up.

intake kits change the blower noise and increase throttle response a little. plus they make your engine compartment look nicer. If you have the money to spend, go for it. If not it wont hurt to not have it.

The S\C whine will be mucho louder and it does look better. I chose to invest in a upper, lower, chip combo and just removed the bottom of the stock box and used wire ties to hold the k&n in. Same results just not as pretty. But the $200 I saved went for raw HP and that's what I wanted.

Good luck,
You really can't go wrong though.
