ok, i am positive now that i need a new boot. my question is who the heck sells you the unit without even mentioning the corresponding boot??? i am slightly ticked off.... i just spent all day working on my truck and the mass air was the last mod. now i can't even drive the thing. here is another question..... if i have a chip burned for 90mm, how bad would it be to drive it with a 80mm sensor? also what do these boots cost and can i get them from a dealer? thanks , dan

Dunno, but I know you can drive a '99-00 Lightning with a 90mm mass air without a chip. I know because I ahve one.

You can go to any of the tuners for the boot. Also you can get it from Ford direct. The 2002 & 2003's came stock with it.
