Pro's and Con's

Can someone please explain to me the good vs. bad of changing my mid-pipe to either one with 2 high flow cats or one with no cats. Will I need O2 simulators with both? I know that a pipe with no cats at all is not legal but could still possibly pass emissions here in Houston and if it didnt I would have to switch it out when its inspection time. Any info would help.
Thanks in advance

If you get hiflow cats you will need 2. You will not need MIL eliminators though. If you plan on running a catless midpipe, you'll have to run the MIL elims to avoid getting a code.

VERY LOUD and emissions (although I am not certain if hi-flow cats pass these tests).

Also, some have said that you will lose low end torque by reducing the backpressure that much. I believe Hi-Flows from Magnaflow reduce it to 3psi, don't know what catless pipes reduce it to...

save the environment

You don't get hardly any power by not running cats. You will lose low-end torque.

Not that I a tree hugging hippy, but hi-flow cats work. And they are significantly nicer on the environment and people around your car...

If it's a race only truck, go to town...
