What's the part number for that Crome piece for the base??

The chrome base is a part from a Lincoln Navigator Prt# F85Z-18A927-AA and the dealer charges about $3.20 for that.
To get rid of the black you need to cover it. Go to Auto Zone or Pep Boys, etc. and buy Spectre Bolt Cap , part # 1408. Must be part # 1408 as other sizes will not work. You drill a 1'4" hole in the top of the bolt cap. That is it! Friggin guy on eBAY is ripping guys off selling the pair for over $20.00 plus shipping.
