Have Extra Lightning Motor-What Should I Put It In?
My mom has a 01 Taurus, and it's pretty sweet. It's a sleeper, well against ricers. If you threw a 5.4 S/C Lightning motor in that car, it would be flat out awesome. The one in my mom's car, is the v6 3.0 if I could find a chip for it, that would be awesome, but my opinion is drop the 5.4 in there.
How about finding a older car like this 61 Ford Falcon and stuffing it in there...
This was my great grandmothers who gave it to my brother who then gave it to me. I drove it on and off for a few years, but when I was in college and did not have a place to keep it, or the time and money to restore it. I wish I could have kept it

Have someone fabricate you a moly-chrome rear engine type dragster frame, and put it in there. Make it NHRA/IHRA legal and go have a ball with it. I bet it would run some really good numbers.
1997 f150 xl.
Boost it til it dies.
Nono, dont do that. Your working with a pretty big engine here. Putting it into a small car (ie focus or miata) would be absoultly awesome, if you can pull it off. Its tons of work and if you thought plug changes were bad now, just imagine how its gonna be when smack it into an engine compartment thats nearly half size. I say get yourself a nice old american classic chassis, and make yourself a car youll love for the rest of your life. Most people have their favorites, me personally, i would like a 66 or 67 fastback (though i wouldnt want that particular car to have s/c whine), but for others its camaros or chevelles or chargers, or the old trucks etc etc. Find the one you love, and pamper that baby. Divorce papers included. JMO.

Put it in a Volvo S70. Nobody would ever expect that!!! Pimped out ricer comes up on you and does his little blow off valve (of course he would still only be running 14's) and you stomp on it and leave him. Actually, my first car when I was 16 was a Volvo 850. They only came with an inline 5 cylinder (nope that's not a mistake it was a 5 cylinder) so they weren't extremely fast, but for some reason I've always liked that particular bodystyle. I've always told my freinds when I have enough money I'm going to put a high performance V8 (most likely supercharger) in a Volvo and have a great sleeper. It would be really funny if you could cram the lightning engine into a Mini Cooper. LOL. Build a sleeper, they're fun
AC Cobra
My first thought was a 64 Comet Cyclone. My brother has one sittting in his driveway with a cover over it. Unfortunately, the 289 barely fits in there, what a nightmare putting the 5.4 in would be. Like the AC Cobra idea. The 64-65 Cobra's are one of my favorite cars. Have several models of them placed strategically around the house. Would like a real one in the garage.
