Hey Josh, Norwalk this year?
I have a friend that ran down at Xenia earlier this year, and he commented on how good he hooked up on that track.
I almost came down there a few weeks ago, but it rained or something. Can you imagine that, rain in Ohio in early June.
Nice 60. What was the ET?

I did a 1.63 60 foot time driving Q8SVT's truck on the last day of the season last year. That was on F1's and a stock torque converter. Don't ask me how I did it, as I don't know myself. The only thing I can think of, since it was the last day of the year, they must have used all the VHT they had left. The track was real sticky that day, everyone was getting awesome 60 foot times.

I'm not calling you a liar, but I just have a very hard time believing that a 1.63 was cut on F1's. Were you already rolling or something?

Not everyone gets sideways on their launches.

I have seen some good mid 1.7's on F1's, but a Low 1.6, maybe the clocks were screwed up. What was his et? Was it backed up with another one? I have been having a string of 1.67-1.69 60ft at 3 diff. tracks.
Marc, On that pass it only ran a 12.37@108. I have been changing a few things and need to get retuned. The truck is a monster in the first 1/8. Norwalk, yes, we just need a date. Are you coming to national trails for the Mod shootout?

I am still making boost. I went from a Borla catback( 2 1/4 muffler) to a x-pipe and dual magnaflows. It threw my tune outta whack. I think I need more fuel. I will put longtubes on it and put it on my friends dyno and then see where everything is at. Maybe make another trip to Johnny's shop.

1.61 60 foot with stock converter and tranny with my 12.2 pass awhile back.

I do have a slight advantadge though with the optima batteries helping me launch good. That was with no traction bars, no juice and E.T. street too.

RT killa, are you running 28" tires or the 26",and what traction bars do you have now. I could only manage a 1.82 60 W/26" et streets.

26" et streets with no traction bars is what I did the 1.61 with.

My best with the new tranny and converter and 28" hoosiers was only a 1.59. but I didn't launch that good since it was my frist time with the new converter so I'm sure it has a good 1.51 and higher in it.

I couldnt get the 26's to hook, it would spin like one rotation then hook and leave. RT what are your mph in the 1/8 and 1/4????
also what rpm are you leavin at? I bring it up on the converter to about 2300 and let it rip...

uhmm, I would have to find my time slips at home to be exact but I want to say my 12.2 run was around 115 to 116mph.

I have a traction aid on my truck that nobody else does so its not going to be fair. HAHAHAHAHA
