The ONLY thing a tuner has to do with 60 foot is Torque.

A stock lightning makes anough torque to get decent 60 foot times with a good driver and a good track

The MPH isa diff problem all together

Please tell me you have an aftermarket convertor if your leaving at 2300 rpms..............if not then that's your whole problem.

If you have a stock convertor try leaving at 900 rpms or so.........and report back to us

Man thats slow for what you got done. We have pretty much the same mods almost.

first off those It 24's are to cold for what your doing. It22's at most. I run Tr6's most of the time and then BR7's when i want the juice on. Even if you where spinning off the line your just going to MPH more in the long run. I have zero traction issues with my truck and it just hooks and goes no problem. Maybe the track your going to have *****ty prep and maybe your just not lowering the pressure on your slicks enough or your not heating them up enough.

Take those E.T. streets down to about 12 psi before you do your burnout, then they will be around 14 to 15 psi when your ready. Heat them up really good too, do a burnout up to about 80mph or so for a good 5 seconds atleast. then just get your RPM's up and take off like a bat out of hell.

I am always at e-town or atco NJ. So you think my MPH is down cause the tires are spining one or two rotations? Dont get me wrong, it spins for a spilt secound then leaves hard, but I still get I get low 1.8's.

yup

I'm not calling you a liar, but I just have a very hard time believing that a 1.63 was cut on F1's. Were you already rolling or something?

Yup, this is true.....many witnesses to it too. Couldnt believe it myself. Don also pulled a 1.71 60 I believe on f1's on his truck making a 12.0 pass. The guy can drive, unlike me.....hehe.

Whatja put a gallon of moose juice (VHT) on the tires and heat them with a blow torch first? Crazy glue applied to the track?

Seriously...at what track was this at because I want to go there. E-town sucks for traction most of the time and sucks for the attitudes of the people working there all of the time.

I was only at English town ONCE but the traction was bad.. I was told they dont treat the track so the kids in the rice rockets dont break half shafts.
