Think you can use your stock belt length...

or a 66 incher...

So it's the same size as a stock belt?

I used the stock belt with a 2 lb lower. It was tight and a b!tch to get on, but once on never had any issues.

With the stock belt or a GY GB? You should see no squeal with a GY GB (66 inch) with a stock pulley, etc...

Whoops I read your sig wrong and thought u had no chip/pulley.

With a 5# I would go with a 67.5 inch or 68. I dont know if they make anything in between those two. My 67.5 incher fits snugly with my 4#.

4080670 = 2# lower!

I have a 2# lower and the stock belt simply would not fit. I've been working on cars all my life so it’s not a skill issue, the belt was just a hair to short.
I just got a 4080670 and it fits perfect!

Btw for long term use an engineer told me a belt that is to tight will causes excessive ware for bearings on front engine assy. parts.

You should make sure your tension indicator is within the "range" printed on it.
With the 2# & 4080670 mine points just above the middle. This is a perfect fit.

Interesting, as I run a 4080665 with a 6# lower.
