Unhappy Well... The story ends

I don't know what to do now. Maybe it's a sign that I need to move on from the Lightning. Hopefully something with 4 doors (baby on the way). Don't know 'bout the HD ... $$. I got time to think it over.

Anyway, here are some pics that tell the rest of the story. Click the Link for the rest (~20 pics, ~800K each; sorry didn't reduce)

It started out me attempting to pass. Smaller, two lane road, no markings. I've passed there before, no problem. When I started to come around, he moved over to my lane. By the time I'm half way around he's waaay over in my side. I attempt to get on around but had to get off the road. When I got back on, there's no hope - went straight to the other side, through a couple of trees, hit a dirt embankment and flipped it around onto it's side (drivers side). The guy said it stood up on the nose then came down.

No, no passangers. & No one was hurt. 1 vehical accident . Thank God Rhonda wasn't with me.

He says that he heard me coming up beside him, and when he looked over his hands followed his head.

Is he getting a ticket or anything, and/or did you? Glad you're OK.

No ticket for him. I got the accident... improper lane change (on unmarked road) and passing on an incline.

Oh well, not much I can do about that. I might see what the Judge can do, but that's not till Aug. We'll see then.

I hope you followed up on this statement by administering a severe beating to this moron.

Bummer man... I know all about being VERY overprotective of the pregnant wife Glad to hear nobody was hurt... maybe the guy was scared out of his wits by the whining of the L - caught him off guard...

I would still... "Kick his a$$, SeaBass!"

I count my blessings every day. The Lord chofoured(sp) me through this one.

Turns out the guy lives 2 house down from me. I now don't think he did it intentially, but it sure seemed like it at the time. If he does have this tendency, it'll come up again for him.

Actually it wasn't whining. No really!!. It all started @ ~35 mph. I spead up to about 40 maybe 45. He said he heard the exhaust. When I noticed the situation and my position was half-way around, he might have heard the whine, but thats when I heard trees .
