Brake question?

I read a couple of threads as of late on the Brembo front disc kit and while it's beautiful and would love to have it on my truck, does 4K seem a bit steep, The reason I say this is I just read that a Baer front and rear conversion kit for late 80's early 90's stangs is 1895.00 with new rear axles and all the related hardware. I know it not comparing apples to apples but thats a big price difference, for all you road race warriors has it been worth the investment? Thanks, Todd

Boy, where to begin ....

This topic has been beat to death on this forum and NLOC. Lots of good info out there. Of course, Tim's web site probably has the most concise and non-biased info : www.timskelton.com

There are options from a couple hundred bucks (Stan's rotors) to 4+K (Brembo, AP) and options in the middle (TCE/Wilwood).

Stop-Tech has been an excellent alternative for me. $2600 complete. See my gallery.
