I was woundering which 3-4 drop kit was better...the western chassis kit or the bell tech kit?? also who got the best price???

As far as shocks goes i am also stuck between the HAL's, KONI's, or Bell Tech's nitro active. I would also appreciate some info on who got the best price on these??

Im looking for a nice tight cornering (on rails) like ride. Perhaps i will need a panhard bar as well?? What about a C-NOTCH is this needed??
