Thumbs up Got my timing back :o)

As some of you know, after some great info gathering testing and 9 runs with many differant combinations I came to determain the Nitrous DOES NOT run good on low timing AT ALL, and needs your standard mild "ALL GAS" performance program with lower shift points, richer A/F's, and a higher rev limiter.
"LIKE WHAT I ORIGINALLY HAD"
YES Hank, you were right since day one

The (2) 12.0's (1) 12.2 + (1) 12.3 were all using my ALL GAS street program w/nitrous @ 16 degrees of timing

When using the lower timing Nitrous Program (13-15 degrees) the best ET I was able to get w/juice was 12.5 and I even tried it with ALL Gas to prove my point and actually ran a 13.0 "YICK"

I immediatly switched it to the Street Side "ALL GAS Program" and ran 12.7 on Gas, and 12.3 on Juice (HOT LAPING, NO COOL DOWN). "Timing was clearly my trouble".

So the Moral of the story is, Johnny re-burned it to what I asked for, I got it back today and I have NO DETONATION OR PINGING on standard pump gas, I can't wait to get it back to the track and go for the gusto. As you guys know, I'll run it with 4lb's on the nitrous side, but if I need to, I'll go 6lbs, and if that don't get my 11, I'll really grow ***** and make a pass on the new 18 degree side with 4lbs 1st, and then even 6 if need be.
I WILL GET MY 11

OR A NEW MOTOR

My Ninth and Tenth Program’s “JOHNNY LIGHTNING”

Pump Gas tuned for 93 octane
18 Degrees of Timing for the Gas Program.
15-16 Degrees of Timing for the Nitrous Program.
5800-6000 RPM Rev Limiter,
Torque Reduction turned off
Shift Point is 5500 for Gas
Shift Point is 5250 for Nitrous
As Usual Super Rich / Super Safe A/F’s for long WOT
As Usual "2" ranges colder Plugs
As Usual tuned for 6lbs, but I usually only run 4lbs
As Usual tuned for 93 Octane, but I run 94 Octane
(Those are 4 very important safety factors, in my opinion)

Either way I now have more timing on both programs and it's trouble free on pump gas.

Either way this will help me acheive both my All Gas, and Nitrous Goals.

Hey V,

I figure you'll be in the 10's soon,
so I need to at least be in the 11's
if I expect you to still mingle with us slow pokes

What the worse that could happen, IT BLOWS
Then I'll be in the 10's WITH YOU
