On the main threat page, you see everyone's threat, how many times it was viewed, how many replies, etc. At this screen, you click the threat topic. You'll see it's a 'linkable/clickable' text. Like this one is 'New User Question'. By clicking that, you go into that thread.
It will show who wrote what etc, to reply, just click the reply button. If you want to quote what someone said in a particular post, you would click the 'Quote' button by that user's post. Then once you click that, it'll take you to another page that looks like what you had when you created your new thread. Just type in the reply and click the 'Submit Reply' button on the bottom of the page. Then it'll reload the thread with your reply!
