How do you keep the nuts on the underside from backing down the mounting hardware? I just popped my hood and my shaker just DROPPED to the bottom and I looked at the bottom nuts and washers and the were all the way down on the mounting hardware, Any ideas???

OK, I just got it tore apart and it was missing the front right nut on top of the washer. I dont know where it went. My guess is since the nut on top wasnt there there was nothing for the botom nut to push against and the shaking just baked it off. Off to the hardware store.

If anyone has any other ideas or comments to add in, please do.

why dont you get some nylock nuts? they stay tight and wont back off the bolt...chris

 

maybe it had something to do with the jeep.......see if you can get a new one and ill buy the old one from you.
