well i tried the search and all i could find was get Mercon tranny fluid? there were no specific number.....well being the impatient person i am i went out yesterday and bought mercon V and im now seeing that in "Probleminfected"s post he said not to use Mercon V......is this true? if so which mercon do i buy?thanks

 

Dexron III / Mercon. Just exchange and pay the difference, if any. I used Valvoline when I put mine in.

Yep don't use Mercon. Use Dextron III/Mercon.
