Some Lightning owners are just too "COOL"
Personally I hope I see the SOB stuck one day on the side of the road. I'll stop and say, "hey whats the matter ?", then I'll proceed to do the biggest and longest smokey Burnout I've ever done.

After they blow out all 8 plugs, may one of them come through the hood and windshield and knock the backward baseball cap off their head so I can laugh at them while I am driving past.

When I was young, I was preoccupied
with being "cool"! Then I happened to look it up in the dictionary and it said "not so hot"!
Tim, I understand why you're angry in La La land giving everybody the finger! You must not realize that you have to be hairless in La to be cool! You can tell from the picture you have a lot of shaving to do! Just watch our for those ears! Surprised you can hear anything with all that hair in them, ha ha!

I usually 'attempt' to wave to anyone in a nice car. Suprisenly enough, I get more attention and 'props/waves' from people in euros then in anything else. I ALWAYS get waves from people in SVTs though
Its like a 1337 club we belong in. hehe. I've seen a few cobras on the raod they always smile at me and give me a nod or something and same goes with the 2 lightnings i've seen. Both in Indiana / Ill boarder (If you read this, WHATS UP!?). One was Silver the other Blue. The guy in the Silver Lightning actually talked to me a bit and was talking about his mods at the stop light. Was good
But people in Cameros, Mustang GTs, Corvettes, etc, really could care less or they just don't know what my lightning is about. They'll soon learn

When I first got my L, I was hoping people would be cool about waving. That summer I drove her up to Canada (Henry Ford Boulavard, I believe where she was born) And as I was cruising down the highway at 70+ There was this guy coming the other way doing probably 70+ as well. I waved, this crazy guy hung halfway out his damn window to give me a wave with a big Sh.. eating grin! I find most people are cool, it kinda ruins my day, and cheapens the L, when you see someone too cool to wave.
I guess around here it's a bit different. Although there are some car owners that don't know what an L is...it seems like most Z06 owners..(the three I've pulled up to at lights with) know exactly what the truck's packing...minus my mods that is
i guess i must have the hat backward syndrome too. it's about 50/50 on the return waves, i always wave but only get a response half of the time from other L owners. and the same on the Euro's, they seem to always give the props back or initiate the wave. Vette's and some of the other expensive toys seem snobby at times though
