I tried sending e-mail there, but for some reason the message gets booted back to me.
Anyhow - just checking to see if/when I will see new exhaust tubes and tips that I was promised by Jim to replace the rusty system that I have. I do believe the system is on it's last leg as there is rust all over the entire system now... flaking off in big pieces.

That sounds like exactly what is happening to my silver bullit.
Huge pieces flaking off especially at the big bend behing the mufflers!

hmm,dont buy the mac its cheap and it wont last!!!spend the money on the silver bullet,yeah so i bought the mac and saved myself a whole bunch of money,guess what my mac is holding up fine and no rust at all!!!!

 

I have never liked the looks of either of those systems. The welding is inferior to a lot of other systems. (I know what a quality weld looks like, we have welders working here at my shop all day long) As far as rust goes, I coated my 2 flowmasters with an anti rust/super high temp paint to prevent all that bs before it could happen.

 

how long have you had the MAC system on for?

 

When the time comes my catback I think my choice is gonna be the magnaflow. quality system, full SS, great price, etc......
