Okay, I am a little frustrated with the performance of my truck. To date, the best I have managed, on Nitto Drag Radials, is below. This was about 4 weeks ago at Beech Bend in KY. Temp was81 degrees with barometric pressure around 30.55 and 100% humidity. Here are the numbers:

60ft 1.993
1/8th 8.38@85
1/4 13.03@106mph

Granted the 60ft sucks, but I feel it should have ran better than this. Here are my current mods:

2000L (CUX2)
K&N 12" cone filter (no airbox)
90mm maf
Breather cap
Accufab TB
Electric fan
4.10 gears
FT Valve Body
Cal-Tracs
Boost-bypass
Borla cat-back
Kenne Bell blower@12lbs boost
Diablo Delta chip on track setting (20 degrees timing)
108 octane fuel

Anybody agree this seems a bit slow for the mods?
Damn, sounds like another POS slow red Lightning in the mid state area...

Lightningbug, what plugs and gap do you have? I would go with less timing. I like the 12.5° on the JDM chip. I can't run over 16/17psi with 17° and the 93 octane or it deonates a little. Have you talked with eric? Email him eric@modular4v.com or eric@speednutz.com

ok easter who is this?

Somthing is way wrong with that setup, I think its time for some playing with the truck myself. whats your air fuel ratio?

You should be going mid 12's easy. are you sure your running nly 12lbs and maybe your chip isn't tuned for more like 18 lbs and your just flooding the engine? call up JL and ask him again what he tuned it for cause thats wrong.

And no 100% humidity is complete normal up around the midwest in the summer, IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TR6's gapped at .040 I have a set of IT22's on the workbench, just haven't gotten around to putting them in yet.

Street program on the JL chip is 15 degrees timing and on 93 octane at 15lbs of boost I have had no detonation at all.

I have no idea. Didn't run a wideband on the dyno. I may take it back this weekend for another session and go ahead and see what is going on. I'm pretty sure it's running fat though.

could the stock cat-forward exhaust be restricting the massive flow provided by the KB? I would think longtubes and high flow cats would make a big difference at your level of mods
