Plasma Booster = 12 HP

Anyone see the latest 5.0 mag.? They got 12 HP on a ATI blown GT and 4 or 5 on a NA car....Anyone else able to prove these increases? Interesting article....

How does one boost the plasma? Where is the plasma kept on our trucks?
