Anyone take out those 2 bars from the stock tonneau cover? I took them off and it makes teh truck look much nicer and cleaner in teh back. Only one problem, when i drove on the parkway after a while it pushed down in teh middle. It came right back up when i slowed down. Also water piled up when it was parked but when i drove it came right off. any problems associated with leaving those bars off??

I've had mine off since the first day I got it, didn't like the covered wagon look

 

I think if you took the bars off as soon as you picked her up new, it wouldn't be as big of a problem. But now, with them already stretched, taking them off could result in a less-than-perfect fit...
