All the Optima's bolt right in the stock position IF you
have the adapter that is supposed to come with it.

It is a FORD type "53" I think ...

It's two snap on extenders that pop right on the side
of the battery ...

You are correct, I bought the RED top to go in my truck last october and it bolted right in to the stock mount with the supplied adapters

thx for the info... what are the gauges of the 2 red and 2 black wires on the battery? is it 0/1 or 4 gauge? I'm looking for the right kind of battery terminal to do exactly what you guys have done here... The regular have 1 or 2 0/1 gauge and the "mini" have 1 or 2 4 gauge...

Um, I forget exactly which size, but we have larger then 4 gauge on the red side, and you need atleast 3 if you split their twsited bundle like I did.

thanks, so the one with two 0/1 and two 8 (accessories) must be the way to go, then....
