Sweet deal on the Stang! And the potential is there to drop in any motor/tranny combo and run great numbers!

I've got black powder-coated stock wheels on my '01, and they look great without polished rims, or white letters or anything like that. I've gotten lots of compliments at recent shows & tracks.

They cost me $40 per wheel, plus another $40 to have them stripped first, but you can do that yourself if you want to invest the time. Turn-around time was about 5 days, but I was in no hurry. Finish is very glossy and factory smooth.

The hubcaps I spray-painted myself, as plastic does not bake too well.

There is a set of 20" black replicas in my future...

I am curently having my truggy frame powdercoated silver hammer finish ($800) and the prerunner bumper fo my truck gloss black($150)
That said, I imagine you may be able to get wheels done for about 50 bucks each. If you want, you can contact electro-tech coatings in san marcos, ca. I don't know if the shipping will be prohibitive, but they have always done good work for me and my crew.

good luck
