coil paks

ok i searched and found nothing,i think i have a bad coil but after searching ive come to the conclusion that there is no way to test these things, unless something has changed recently, judging from the week i have had i dont think this is the case!!!

what im wondering is what does the dealer do if there is a suspected bad coil???

im wondering if i took my truck to the dealer and had them check it out would they be able to tell me which one is bad??

otherwise im going to buy one coil and systimatically change them one at a time untill my problem goes away, needless to say id rather not go this route.

anyone have any advise??

thanks Jerry
