How about the idler pulleys ? Any problems there? I should ask...does the 10 rib fit with the stock tensioner and idler setup ?

Very nice stuff !!!

The pictures below occured yesterday during some hard testing, with the Dayco belt I had on, which appears similiar to the Gatorbacks.

I talked to Reichards

They know about the issues with the Dayco belts, he warned me not to use Dayco belts with his pulley or any performance vehical.

He told me the Gates, Napa or goodyear belts have no problems with the pullies. I personally would stick with the Gates belts, I have allways had great luck with them.

More ribs the better? Is there such a thing as too many ribs or is it in the design. Ex: a 6 rib setup that has been tested and perfected to a 12 rib system that just has 12 ribs with no testing and perfecting in the design.

The belt slips on my truck. The belts used to slip on JL's truck, now he says they don't with his new pullies. It sounds to me like the setup I have isn't perfect or close to it if the belt is slipping. It sounds like JL's setup has been tested and now doesn't slip therefore closer to perfect than what I have.

I think you need to do something different with cogbelts due to backlash. I don't know if the blower is different or something else.
