Mobil 1?

I read on this board back in Nov. or Dec. that Mobil 1 was about to release a 5w20 motor oil in Jan. Does anyone know if they ever did, or if this was just a rumor, or who I may contact to get any info on this. Or should I just get the 5w30? I think that is what most of you guys are using right? My L has about 2600 miles on it now and I am planning on doing the first oil change this weekend. Also what filter do I use? Thanks for any info.

Great info! So, is anyone using the 0w20 yet? How do you like it? Where are you getting it from?

Ya I am using the 0W-20, I really like it a lot. Jim at JDM recomends it for anyone with one of his new built motors. He said it drains out of the lifters better, so they don't overfill with oil.

I had to call Mobil and get a list of one of the local distributors.
