FTVB = belt slippage????

I have the same thing, which started when I installed the FTVB (which kicks *** btw).
Some observations on my truck
With the chip off I have only heard it do it one time in the last 6 months. I drive the truck 95% of the time without a chip.
With the chip on it will do it a little on 1-2 and very BAD on the 2-3 shift.... every time. If I lift before a shift it's horrible.
It squeals worse at part throttle than at WOT.
My belt is tight and in good shape, but it isn't a Gaterback... I can't seem to find one for a 2lb where I live.
