Arrow Chip problem

Hey all, I just got my superchips chip back and it looks like it doesn't work. Neither one of them. I scored myself a new street program and a race program tuned for 104 octane for my new topsecrect mods (tint and replacement fog light lenses).

Here's the problem, when the chip is in, I turn the key on, and then the mileage is a bunch of horinzontal dash lines. No number or nothin' just lines. The engine turns over, but it won't start. I swapped in the race chip and it worked.

Then we took out the computer and cleaned the contacts REAL good. 20 Minutes later we reinstalled the computer, and cleaned BOTH chips. Then we plugged in the chips and neither one would work!

Help?

Sounds like it's not the right calibration. Since you have a 99, either your truck is CUX1 and the chip is CUX2 or vica versa if you've had your PCM reflashed.

I don't think it was. I had the chip in the truck and sent it out to one of your competitors a month ago. Do you do reburns?

[edit]
I never took the truck in, just drove around town. The 2nd chip was from a 2001 owner, but I specifically wanted it to be tuned for my 99. The track opens on the 11th, I can go to the airport this afternoon and send it out, if you are open again for business.

We don't reburn Superchips, only Autologic. If your truck has never been reflashed, they probably loaded a CUX2 calibration on there.
