BONE STOCK 2000 lightning times....

Went to 1/8 mile track for the first time in 2000 lightning. Bone stock to paper filter.

best run was:

60 ft 2.081
1/8 8.99 @ 80

Pretty much no cool down at all. It also has a big heavy bed cover , the spare tire , hitch and everything still on it.

I need help launching this thing its the first auto i've every drove. So any tips are helpful.

thanks
Brad

Yea, when you go to the 1/4 mile track tonight, keep your foot to the floor longer that you did last night at the 1/8 mile track.
You will probably run a 13.6 or 7 by doing so.

If you didn't hit boost dump and lose power, you don't need to unplug it.
