does any one know the belt size or the part # .i got the 6# lower and even after breaking off the that little piece off the tensioner it still feels to tight also super gets real hot and does'nt sound to good hoping that a little bigger belt will help by taking off some off the down pressure on the snout of the super any help would be greatley app. thanks all.

Try a Goodyear Gatorback belt. For a 6 lb lower, you need #4080685. REM has them in stock, if you have problems finding it locally.

4080685 is too big ....

Unless there is a very big difference in the belt idlers, or something that is not evident, the 4080685 is too large.
I have a Metco 6# lower pulley, and originally installed the 4080670 Gator Back belt on my L. I just took it off and put a 4080665 on and it fits just fine.
I believe you will find the 4080685 will give you a "lot" of slippage.
