Looking at getting 22" Bofas for my L. Have called all over and the pricing is all over the place. It seems there are several guys out there (West Coast) selling "blemished" rims at a fraction of the cost of "Non-blemished". Has anyone had experience with buying "blem" rims and what the difference.

blem rims have a defect. hence the word "blemish".

BE CAREFUL....

My 22's were suppose to be NON BLEMS.... I got a set of BLEMS and a few looked like TOTAL a$$.

You can get them VERY CHEAP but its not worth the savings IMO....

KMC wheels have a VERY high defect rate....

Thanks for the advice. Will be going with "non-blems". Sorry to hear you no longer have your L. Those Bofas looked awesome on your truck. I have a silver 2001 L and cant wait to order them and get them installed.

 

All depends on where the blem is. I would never buy a blem wheel sight unseen though.

 

The money you spend will save you BS tomarrow, save your cash and do it right, it's a big investment in your time as well as your wallet don't make a mistake.
